Jill serves as Media Manager and works with the ministry's leadership, production team, media partners, and media outlets to coordinate and execute company strategy for media publication across all digital and traditional platforms. Prior to this role, Jill served in a dual role for the ministry as marketing coordinator and accounts receivable manager. 

As Pastor Jeff's daughter, Jill has been helping in some capacity from the beginning of From His Heart when she was still in high school. Her passion for detail and drive for excellence shine through From His Heart's media operations, where as she puts it, "It's important to me to do everything timely, as perfectly as possible, and to give it my absolute best effort because it’s not just a website or a product, it’s life changing material for so many people."

Jill has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University Texarkana. Her and her husband Jay have been married since 2007 and are blessed with two daughters. When not at work Jill enjoys working out, reading, listening to podcasts, binging Netflix, doing sudoku puzzles, sipping oatmilk lattes, and finding any excuse to eat a cheeseburger.
